2010 Rates Bighorn Horseback Adventure Mountain Camp Trips

2010 Rates are per person and ALL inclusive except: they do NOT include 5% Canadian GST or Service charge 10%. There is NO single supplement.

Mountain camp Package - Itinerary
Our tour starts and ends on a Saturday (see dates below). The first night is spend at the Lazy M Lodge. On Sunday you will be picked up and driven out to our Base Camp. There will be lunch and the change for a two hours afternoon ride to get to know the horses and the western gear.
On Monday we will load up our covered wagon and follow it with saddle horses to our Adventure Camp deep into the Rocky Mountains ( 6 hour ride). The following three days we will ride out every day from our Adventure Camp in different directions and explore untouched Canadian wilderness. On Friday we will head back to our Base Camp where the last night will be spend. On Saturday morning after breakfast you will be picked up from Base Camp and driven back to Calgary Airport.

The riding opportunities are spectacular and we will spend long hours in the saddle. Our main gate is walk but the trails are challenging and our tours are not for riding beginners!

If the weather doesn’t allow us to reach the Adventure Camp (flood, snowy conditions…), we will spend the week in Base Camp where we also have amazing trails and breathtaking views!

MOUNTAIN CAMP (MC) week Trips 2010
$1,625 (plus 5% GST & 10% Gratuities)

New for 2010:
The trip starts at the Lazy M Lodge, about 180km northwest of Calgary.
The next morning the guests will be picked up and driven out to our Base Camp, about a 2 ½ hours drive. Depending on the weather we will stay in our Base Camp or ride up to our Adventure camp, which is a 6 hours ride, accompanied by our covered wagon which will transport the luggage and equipment up to our Adventure Camp!

Our trips will be starting with a night at the Lazy M Lodge, about 180km northwest of Calgary. This will make our trips one day longer.

Price: $1625 canadian Dollar for 8days/7nights, all meals (starting with breakfast on Sunday), riding program and accommodation included, not included is the transfer from/to Calgary: See below.

Note: Our Adventure Camp will be used when available due to river conditions etc. likely included in the July/August/September Mountain Camp Trips!

Mountain Camp - 2night Getaway
Short on time but longing for a quick getaway? Enjoy two nights of riding adventure in our Base Camp. We welcome you with a hearty supper after your arrival in the afternoon. You enjoy one full day of riding with a picnic lunch in the Mountains. Your trip ends with breakfast on your departure day!

2 nights, all meals and riding: $350 (+5%GST & 10% Service Charge)

Small Van (max. 4 people) - $175 per vehicle/per booking (ONE WAY)
Large Van (max.10 people) - $275 per vehicle/per booking (ONE WAY)
