CHILDREN: we are NOT taking children under 16 years of age.

The Sleeping bags are included in both of our camps with NO additional charge.

Proper riding footwear is required by all persons!
It is HIGHLY RECOMMEND that all horse back riders of any age wear a HIGH IMPACT RIDING HELMET!
ALL MINORS are required to wear protective headgear!
We DO NOT supply riding helmets, please bring your own helmet which fits you properly, if you decide to wear one!

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. If you charge your visit, it will be charged in Canadian Dollars. Your credit card company will convert the charge in your local currency based on the prevailing exchange rates at the time of their conversion transaction.
 
There is NO CELL PHONE RECEPTION in both our camps!

5% GST is NOT included in these prices.
Gratuities for the staff are NOT included - 10% is the norm.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
The total amount is payable 30 days or more PRIOR to your arrival (incl. GST and Service charge)
If you cancel 40+ days PRIOR to the booking, your 20% deposit (less $100.00 handling fee) will be refunded.
If you cancel 25 days or less days PRIOR to the booking, the booking is PAID for and there will be NO refund. We strongly encourage guests to purchase their own trip cancellation insurance along with personal health and accident insurance.
